Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has issued more invitations to apply (ITA) through the Express Entry system. The immigration department issued 1,000 ITAs in a draw for Canadian Experience Class (CEC) candidates.
To be considered in this draw, candidates needed to have a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 534.

This is the 10th CEC draw of the year, and the third in a row to feature a draw size of 1,000 and a CRS cut-off score of 534. As of August, IRCC has taken to conducting one CEC draw a month.
Today’s Express Entry draw is also the first of the month and follows a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draw on September 29, a Trades category draw on September 18, and an Education category draw on September 17.
Thus far, IRCC has issued 66,838 ITAs through the Express Entry system in 2025.
Express Entry draws this year have primarily focused on PNP draws, with the remainder of Express Entry ITAs dedicated to CEC candidates, candidates with French-language proficiency, and those in the Express Entry priority occupation categories:
